The Sacred Support – 4 Week Container

There were so many times in my life where I felt like I was drowning in life’s circumstances. Often overwhelmed by emotions or events due to a diagnosis, divorce, trauma, or job challenges, I needed support and instead I self-medicated and survived the best I could. I would have done anything to have someone empathetic with knowledge of both energy, healing and real world sh!t walking beside me. This is why I have created The Sacred Support Container.

This 4 week, one on one space is the life raft in the rapids that I so desperately needed. It is a safe, sacred time to be held by me as you navigate what is happening to you. I combine energy healing, nervous system support, and perspective coaching to ensure you thrive rather than just survive.

As a 6-3 in Human Design (this is the f*ck around and find out then turn your lessons into wisdom line becoming the Wise Medicine Woman the town looks to), a survivor of trafficking, ET abduction, with PTSD, Hashimotos, Connective tissue issues, chronic pain, wrongly diagnosed bipolar and divorced with 4 year old twin daughters, I have turned a life full of death wishes into one of joy, abundance and expertise.
